FP+ Kiosk Workflow

Can anyone describe the workflow for the FP+ at the in-park Kiosk? We are thinking of "training" my BIL and dad to be able to be FP+ runners for us for our 4th, 5th, etc as needed, and are wondering if the workflow is the same as on the MDE site. Or should we borrow an Ipad for this and show them the workflow from the app? Or is it totally different?

I thought the kiosks were actually a little bit easier to use than the iPhone app. There were always plenty of CMs around to help, but really it's pretty intuitive. You scan your band and the FP+ page pops up, you click on add additional at the top right and it shows your choices. You can scroll through the selections, but you have to click on the experience to see available times. If you don't see anything you want, you can click back to the previous pages. The hardest part is clicking on the option you want, using a card or your fingernail works best. I did notice that when I would return to the kiosk, sometimes there would be a few different options, so refreshing could give you different choices. I know for a fact if you're changing times on the MDE app, you will be given different times when you refresh. I accidentally changed my ETwB FP+ to 11pm instead of am and I was able to get the time back by refreshing the page over and over again.

Thank you both! Gives me confidence my father will be able to do it. Old FP's were so easy and he was a master at it since he goes to DL all the time.
