FP - if not enough for my party will it show how many are available?

My window to book FP is coming up this week. I plan to attempt to get 6 FP for the Ana and Elsa M&G. If there are not 6 available, will it just show that I can't get them? Or would it somehow show me (for example) that only 2 are available, and let me assign them somehow?

Trying to figure it all out...I am a little anxious because I don't feel like I really know what I am doing!

Also, I am sorry if this has been answered somewhere. I tried to search for an answer, but couldn't find one.

We had no trouble getting passes for our party of five at midnight when our window opened. Well, that is not exactly true, I think there were none available for the first day of our trip but later in our trip we had no trouble. If there is no availability for your whole party you can try selecting just one or two in your party dn see if it changes.

For 4 of us I was on 2 devices. Both tablets splitting up 2 people each.I wasn't able to get exact time but did get a 40 minute overlapping window.

We are a party of 7 and I had to split our group up on both MK days mostly because us guys don't care about meeting princess. It's not that difficult to do but it can be a little tedious getting overlapping times. Well, it was for A&E at least. To get our 3 A&E I had to do one person at a time and then go back and change times until they all overlapped. Ended up with only a 10 minute window where all 3 overlap but, we got them.
