With the New FP+ system how many rope drops would you say for each park? You can answer for one or all of the parks.

I am thinking

MK 2-3
Epcot 1-2
DHS 0-1
AK 0-1

With anything above this being a bonus.

Also have and of the touring plan best park folks considered EMH with a parkhop on one of the MK days?

Here's how I would rank the requirements for rope drop to get 'everything' done.

MK: 2
HS: 1-2
Epcot: 2
AK: 1

I think you could still comfortably do everything at MK with two rope drops, doing some of your favorites twice over two days with RD, as long as you are spending a pretty full day on at least one of those days there.

For HS, if you want TSM and RnR as well as the other shows and rides I think you need at least one rope drop, but probably 2 if you are trying to get all the shows in.

Epcot: I don't see how you can do less than 2. That has been our headache park to plan. We usually spend a lot of time at Epcot because we find it a relaxing park to be in, having always been able to hit the headliners at least twice in the morning by being there early. However I am spreading these out this year and accepting that we won't get Soarin, TT, MS, SE and Maelstrom done on the same day

AK: I know it's seen as a one day park but even with FP- we always needed two. To be able to see FOTLK (if it's open for your visit), Finding Nemo, do the trails and Safari and meet and greets I will bow to the awesomeness of anyone who cleans up the park in a day without RD, especially during the higher crowd seasons.

Not sure I agree with this, but it depends on what the OP wants to do each day. If a person is content to do TT and Soarin' only one time each, they could do one RD and hit Soarin' at 9:00, and then TT later in the day. After Soarin', one can tour the rest of Future World rather easily between 9:30 and mid-afternoon hitting every other attraction that builds lines and use the rest of the day to visit pavilions that do not involve lines. Odds are that a second day will be needed to mop up the things that were skipped on the first day, particularly in World Showcase. But that wouldn't involve arriving at RD. On that second, non-RD day, you would get a FP for either of the headliners, but would have to concede that the other headliner would have to get skipped. This is admittedly not a "do everything every day" commando touring style, but it is unclear to me if that is what the OP is asking for. So consider:

Day 1:
Soarin' at RD
Sum of all Thrills at 9:30
Mission Space at 10:00
Living Seas, Ellen's Energy, Journey Into Imagination, Living With the Land and lunch all between 10:30-1:30.
Innoventions, Spaceship Earth (using FP) and Test Track (using FP) between 1:30-3:30.
Remainder of the day at World Showcase.

Day 2.
Arrive at your leisure and hit anything in FW that you might have missed, maybe using your FPs in the morning.
Go to WS when it opens and go to Maelstrom.
Tour the rest of WS hitting what you might have missed on Day 1.
Return to FW in the mid to late afternoon to use your headliner FP if you didn't use it earlier in the day.

This two day Epcot plan gets you to everything in the park in a fairly leisurely fashion with only one RD. But it doesn't attempt to "do everything" on either day. I'm fairly certain that this is the style and pacing that Disney is pushing us toward with FP+ and trying to fight against the tide may not be worth the struggle.

With the new FP+ it seems that AK after 3 PM is a good approach instead of RD. Perhaps do that twice on a trip. Or one RD and one after 3PM arrival.

It seems like a tough choice is 1 or 2 days at Epcot. We only have two must do ride rides at Epcot, SOARIN and Test Track. But we like to ride them multiple times and enjoy the countries. I am kind of thinking

3 RD at MK with one being EMH and then jumping to Epcot
1 RD Epcot
1 DHS
1 AK (maybe a second rope drop on departure day for three hours).
