FP+ help needed: Doing WDW with 19 people staying offsite.

We are going to be at WDW in May and traveling with 18 family members. We will not have magic bands and wondering how we will be able to coordinate FP's for the group. We used to just have one person run to the FP machines at each ride. Can you send one person to the kiosk or can they all be linked together? Just a little confused...

We have 2 families of 5 people each.

Anyone have experience with linking together the 2 families in MDE to make a group FP+ reservation?

Link everyone and their tickets to MDE to preselect your Fp+ 30 days in advance.

If you need to make changes in the park and you don't have smartphones or mobile devices, take one ticket to a kiosk and changes can be made for your complete group.
