FP Help for Tonight (3/9) !!

Sorry for a duplicate thread as I posted in the main fastpass thread but I'm in a panic for tonight.

AE question. We are to fastpass tonight; 4 in our group. But I doubt the 9 yr old boy wants to visit A&E so the plan is to just book 2 FP for A&E, and then the boy and I will do something else (Space Mt. FP maybe).

Right now thedibb shows A&E available but only for 2, not 4. Whats the best strategy to get those two spots? I know we need to book all three FP at the same time, and then can change. Since I doubt we can book 4 A&E to start off, should step one be to only book FPs for 2 people, then copy to add the others? OR...Book 4 FPs (but book 4 for Space Mt) then change two on SM to A&E? The other FP will be the 7DMR of course, and IDK the third. So, 4 7DMR, 2 A&E, 2 Space Mt, 4 ???.

I would try for 4 at the onset and if A&E isn't a choice when the options pop up, back up and only select for two people.

With the 2nd set of people, all you have to do is try for overlapping windows. You don't need exactly the same return times.

We only want 2 for AE, 4 for 7DMT. Thus, I was thinking do just 2 off the start for AE, 7DMT, and other. Then, add the other two via Copy for 7DMT and Other, and add a third option (Space Mt)?

Is that possible? Problem is, when we reserved our dining we set MK for our first two days, and those are now filled for AE.

It's probably faster to book for 2 than to Copy for 2.

If you can't get two for A&E, search for one at a time and book overlapping windows.

Sorry for my newbieness. Are you saying it should be best / most likely to land AE and 7DMT if we just start with two, and book AE, 7DMT and Space Mt. Then once confirmed, book two for 7DMT, and whatever else we want? Can I copy just for one set of fastpass or does it only work to copy the entire three set of FP?

I would book for two people and then immediately book for the next set of two people.

That way if the exact window isn't available you can choose something that overlaps. Copy only works if there is still room in the exact timeframe of the original FP.

Thx. I'm not feeling very optimistic for A&E. Its no showing as not available on theDibb.
