FP frustration

Today is my 60 day mark and time to book FP's !!! I can log in to My Disney Experience, but then get an Olaf picture with whoops unable to load the page right now please try later. Is this because it is busy or just not working today? I'm going away for 2 days tomorrow so really want to get this done tonight. I'm in the UK so 5 hours ahead. Help!

Today is my day too and I've had nothing but issues. Got on right at 6am and was able to book 2 rides before it all went wonky. The app hasn't been working either. I tried using it on short breaks during work and after MANY tries I was able to get a couple more, but I still have a ways to go. It's very frustrating and I'm deciding if writing them an email on how terrible their technology will even be worth the effort.
 
"Ditto" I'm home now so will keep trying through this evening.
 
Disney app is working on my smartphone right now ... maybe keep trying. Refresh. Hope it's up and running for you soon!!!

Just keep trying. It will likely work at another time. I've had this happen in the recent past, and when I checked back a while later, it worked.
 
Same here. I woke up early too. I've spent literally all day working on it.(maybe not consistently) Now it is nap time and I'm trying again. I have some fast passes but now I have to change my lunch reservations. I'm hoping it works and I could get something earlier.
 
There are definitely issues with both the website and app today. Couldn't book add'l FP after riding TT this morning. Guest Relations informed that the app was messed up (It's saying all FP have been distributed for ALL parks today) He gave me one (not two, which is what I should have gotten) any experience FP for my party at MK later today.
 
Still having issues on app and laptop/website, though I did finally get mine made during food shopping. (I was that crazy person furiously swiping and clicking in the paper towel aisle). I have to finetune/split the party but the basics are there. Looks like I will continue to see that evil snowman for the rest of the day though.
 
Dreading doing mine Fri.. After reading this and the horrible experience I had booking ADR'S in Feb
 
Today was our 60 day mark as well, this is the first time when have been on property since this current FP system has been in place. I was armed with my plan for our days, was at work early so I wouldn't miss the 7 am booking opening. Within 7 minutes I had a few booked, but then the love-able, but soon cursed, Olaf seemed to overtake my experience.
 
It was working for me about 45 minutes ago. The kicker was receiving an email from Disney Destinations telling me that I could make my FP+ today. I can't type what I said under my breath to them. Hope you all can get what you want and soon!
 
I got that email too and probably said the same things as you! :P Finally was able to finish getting mine, although I still may be moving things around. I have no idea what I'm doing with this system lol. Hope it is working for everyone now!
 
I find that I get the Olaf notice almost always when I use Google Chrome. I get it less often when I use Safari.

I had troubles yesterday also (my 60 day mark) but it appears to be working this morning. I was able to finish booking and move times around without seeing any snowmen today.
 
I believe the olaf picture comes up when the system is busy. Just exit out of the web page and keep on trying.
 
Everything worked fine for us this morning. Except I felt like such a newbie, tried to book them at 6 AM and called at 7 bc it wasn't working only for them to remind me that you can't book til 7 AM. SO embarrassed lol
