FP+ for Animal Kingdom June Evening

I was just able to get a 7:30-8:30 one for Everest, but that is the latest one I could find. Nothing past 5 for Safari.

Has anyone been able to get FP for the safari past 8:00 or 8:30? Did I just miss them or were they not released yet?

I am there June 4 - 12 so am also stalking several times a day as I planned 2 afternoons / evenings at AK and want the new Jungle Book show (or ROL) and the nighttime safari...still nothing past 6:35-7:35 that I've seen. Yesterday they extended the park hours to 11:00 at AK in the middle of the afternoon and today they released the FP selections for Soarin' in the middle of the afternoon so I'm thinking this is their latest MO. Not sure why the mid-afternoon timing. Maybe they know people stay up late to stalk the website at midnight & it overloads it so they've decided to dribble stuff out throughout the day?! Sure is frustrating and the system is time consuming and awkward. Wish there was a way to just look at what's available without having to actually pretend to go in to modify a res.

Still no nighttime safari FP+. I keep checking frequently too.

Yesterday, I had to speak with a CM about an unrelated matter regarding my Disney account. I asked if there would be a FP+ for the Jungle Book show. She said she didn't know for sure, but she is thinking there won't be, because this particular show is a temporary interim show, only available until ROL is ready. I'll still check, though. She also didn't know if they would do the Jungle Book show more than once a night. Her thought was "yes", since the park opens until 11:00pm.

As a side note, I was able to change my ADR for Tusker House from 4:50pm to 7:00pm. Now I hope this doesn't conflict with the Jungle Book show.

Anyone past 6:15 on the safari yet? That is the latest I can see (and have) for June 21. I may have to brave the standby line since it is open to 11pm that night. Maybe while everyone is watching the ROL show would be a good time to go.

No I haven't seen those times released yet for my early June dates. The only one I have past 6 right now is Everest (7:30-8:30).

For my AK date of 6/7 there is late night availability (until closing) for Dinosaur and Its Tough to be a Bug. I was also able to modify my EE to 7:30-8:30 but nothing later. I've read reports of Kali and Primeval Whirl having late night FP on some dates but I did not see it for mine. No late night KS FP reported that I've seen.

Our AK day is 6/12 and I can't get anything later than a 6:30 - 7:30 for KS. This is getting very frustrating. I wish they would finalize June hours and be done with it.

AFAIK, June hours are finalized… with a closing time of 11PM, nightly.

What they are late on is the FP+ postings.

This is true and yep I wish they would update the FPs for AK.

As for park hours, I was talking about MK & HS. I forgot I was posting in an AK thread.

What??? The hours for MK and HS are not finalized yet for June? This is news to me! I thought I had our tentative itinerary for those parks already set and only had to worry about AK, because of the FP+ situation.

Right now the website shows MK closing at 10pm every night in June. I can't remember the last time MK shut down at 10pm in the summer. And closing times for April and May are 11pm or 12am so it's just a guess but I think the closing times that are posted will change.

For HS - all of June shows closing times of 8:30pm. Star Wars fireworks and Fantasmic will be going on in June and that's a little hard to do when the sun sets at 8:30pm. Even in May, HS closes at 10pm with Fantasmic at 9pm and Star Wars fireworks at 9:45pm. So again, just a guess but I think the closing times will change and be more like the closing times in May.

That's why it is so frustrating trying to plan for June. Usually by now, I have everything figure out and park hours are pretty much set.

The calendar hours are never "finalized" until about 15-45 days in advance.

I imagine it is open for all dates now. I got KS at 9pm 30 minutes ago.

Yep, I got a FP for KS for later but they still haven't posted what time the show is, so while I can get a FP it's hard to figure out the best time.
