FP+ for 2nd MSEP?

On our upcoming trip, the only chance we have to see MSEP is February 21st. There are parades at 7pm and 9pm, but we have a 6:40 BOG ADR, so we're shooting for the 9pm. I've been waiting to switch one of our FP+ as soon as MSEP comes available for that day, but now I'm wondering if I shouldn't bother since it's the second parade of the night? I know we won't have a ton of time to stake out spots since we'll be coming right from dinner, and I definitely want to have a good view. Should I use the FP+ or just risk it on the fly?

No need to use a valuable FP+.

The second parade will have very few guests watching.
I suggest grabbing a spot in front of Hall of Presidents
a few minutes before the parade starts
(or even 10-15 minutes after it starts... it takes quite awhile
before the parade reaches HoP.)
