FP+ Electrical Parade? How do I get it?

Just booked my FP+ 60 days out. I did not see an option to use FP for the Electrical Parade, but know it exists. Was I just too late, Is this not released for the day yet, or is there some trick?

The FP+ for the parades and evening spectaculars do not become available until 4-16 days (varies) before the actual dates.

One thing to try as you wait for the events to come up is to reset the TIME of your last FP+ to a time near the
start of the parade or fireworks show that you want to book.
