FP+ character meets

My wife and I are currently in WDW and we'll be visiting Hollywood Studios again on Monday.

My wife would like to meet Mike and Sully, but each time we went to the spot last time the line was huge. I noticed that some people were able to get straight in.

Can anybody tell me of I can book a fastpass for this character meet and if so how?
