Can we fp the same attraction twice in one day if available? Really want to do RSR in the morning and evening.

yes. Once you are eligible for another fastpass you can get another for the same ride. If you wished to do so, you could just spend the day getting repeat fastpasses for RSR as long as they are available :) You should also try single rider line. Pull a fastpasses, then do single rider strategy works well :)

The previous poster is correct that you can get multiple FP for the same ride in one day, but I just wanted to add that my understanding is that you can't pull a new FP for the same ride before it's time to use your current FP for that ride, so timing it right to get an evening FP before they run out can be tricky.

So for example if you pull a FP for RSR at 9am and the return time is 2pm, you're eligible for your next FP at 11am, but it has to be for a different ride. You can't pull another RSR FP until 2pm, if they're still available. So the best option to make sure you get both a daytime and evening FP is to pull for first FP as soon as possible in the morning, so you get an early return time and can pull a second FP before they've run out.

Disclaimer: There have been some tweaks to the FP system recently since they've introduced MaxPass and I haven't been to the parks since then, so it's possible my info is out of date. I haven't seen anyone post about this rule changing though.

This is my understanding as well.

We were in the parks a month ago and used MaxPass. The way @Niltiac described it is correct. OP - pull a RSR fastpass early in the day so your return window is before 11:30am/12:00 pm. As soon as you scan into RSR and as long as you are eligible to pull another FP, then you can watch for the evening return times. We were usually pulling our evening (~8:00 pm) returns around 1:00/2:00 but definitely keep an eye on it so they don't run out.

Once you use a FP for a ride, you're allowed to pull another for the same, provided there are any left. FWIW, I typically pull at least eight FPs a day for Buzz Lightyear. I can do this because the return times are typically minutes after the issuing times. I get my pass, ride the attraction and pull another FP upon exiting.

As an aside, FPs for Buzz used to be disconnected from the rest of the FP system. You could pull a pass for it and then immediately pull a FP for any other FP ride. This went away several months ago, presumably with the anticipated coming of MP.

FP's.... MP's.... There is a learning curve to use it to the ultimate potential.

Best to find out the hints and tips, as well as rule clarification right here.

I'll be using MP for the first time in a few dazes.
Thank you everyone!!

A few "dazes"? That sounds so appropriate! :)
