Our date for getting fast pass's is February 18th. Is it actually at midnight that we can get on to do this? Also will we really miss out if we don't do it until tomorrow morning???

Nope. Because MK is open until 1AM, your FP+ reservation time will
not happen until...

1AM, Eastern Time.

Some choose to wait.
But, if want THE most difficult to get FP+, if you wait, you may miss out.
Anna& Elsa Meet, Wishes, MSEP, maybe 7DMT may all be gone.

It's actually at 1:00a.m. due to MK's 1:00a.m. closing.

If you need A&E, you may want to book as early as possible. If you won't be upset about not getting something specific, then waiting is fine.

for you it will be 1am est since MK does not close until 1am.

if you want the most difficult to get you should count on staying up to do it.
in the morning ones like 7DMT and A&E may or may not be available.
