Foxwood Casino question

Dh and I are thinking of going to Foxwoods on Wed. I was wondering if anyone knew if there is anything they do if it's your birthday. I am doubting it but thought I would check anyway.

Have you been to Foxwoods before? And are you staying over?

If you've been before and have a player's card sometimes they send you special birthday offers/free gift in the mail.

If you're staying over you can certainly mention on the reservation it's your birthday, or mention at check-in...might get an upgrade, you never know.

If you've never been before, I'd suggest Mohegan Sun instead. I can't stand Foxwoods. Jmho.

I've been to Foxwoods many times, and I've never seen them do anything special for a birthday (or any other occassion for that matter). It can't hurt to mention it to either customer service or your server in one of the restaurants, but I wouldn't expect anything if I were you.

I've been on my birthday - they dont do anything. BUT! if you say its your birthday, they'll give you a weird, "SO YOU WANNA COOKIE?" look.

I have been to Foxwoods before. We are not staying over...just going for the day. We are only about 90 minutes or so from the place.

My husband has been to Mohegan and he doesn't like it. Besides...I have about $20 on my dream card that I can use too on something.

I didn't think they would do anything but I wanted to ask....it doesn't hurt.

I think that they will continue to just take your hard earned money like they do any other day of the year. They are celebratory like that!

You gotta admire their consistency.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not in judgment here...I let them take 4 or 5 hundred dollars from me just about every year, not counting room and meals.
