Four mostly adults in one room

I would consider a Poly studio. 1 queen, 1 queen Murphy, 1 twin Murphy. 2 showers and bathroom sinks.

Is the Murphy bed fairly comfortable? Is there space to walk around with it pulled down?

My friend slept on it, said it was good. Seemed to be enough room, she put it back up when she wasn’t using it.
