Yeah, and it really sucks right now with the economy, everything is completely in the employers court. They can get away with anything right now and I work for a small family owned company so they already get away with enough.........

Way back when I worked, it was for a small family company too. Just a local owned grocery store that started as a little corner produce store. They ran the store like the were God's gift for letting us work there. I only stayed as long as I did because the manager let me work around my husband's and parents' schedule.

Yeah, but the economy does suck right now. DH's job is secure right now and if things got really bad, he'd at least be one of the last to be laid off. But every extra penny is going into the savings right now.

Sounds allot like my job as far as the "you should bow to us" mentality. I am so tired of them creating so much tension. If at all possible I am hoping to leave later this year, but then I spent a good part of the night job hunting and I didn't even find one to apply for!

Thought I'd drop by and say Hi during the commerical break...not liking this weeks ER as well as last week's...must be the lack of George.

My nephew is here for a sleepover...he was at my brother's place for the march break and called and asked if he could come to my place...it's crazy how the addition of a 14 year old sends my two into crazy land!! Everyone is finally in bed thank goodness.

Whoever the guy in the hospital was...I think he may have been a Dr on the show at one point...I stopped watching quite a few years ago.

I know I watched ER up until season 10 but I'm not sure how much longer after that. And I only know it was season 10 because I saw the dvd in Target tonight and recognized the episodes and characters.

Ray was an ER Doc for a few years-he and Neela started dating a few times and then would stop and one night just as she finally decided she wanted to be with him, he went out and got drunk when she called to tell him she wanted to meet and talk he dropped his phone in the middle of the street and bent over to pick it up. And was hit by a semi. He lost both of his legs. He has popped back in the show a couple times and there was always a romantic tension between them but I guess this made her decision!
