winkers, yes they do have a Virgin Store however they do not sell 'seconds; or 'slightly used' items.

A little back story, David saw a Chicago Bulls NBA cap in the sports store on our first visit to DTD but it was quite expensive, he even went right up to the counter to pay, well I said hang on until after our shopping trip as we may find it cheaper, uhh well nope we didn’t so whilst we were here he went to buy it and guess what, no caps Remember this!!!!

Well, that was probably more expensive than the bus, but certainly less confusing! I couldn't remember what you had decided. And yes, I hate seeing the numbers go up. It costs us $18 one time to go from the Hilton DTD to Bomas (and it irritated the crap out of me!)

Good shopping deals! Glad they liked Build a bear. I have banned it from BA cause she has too many as it is (and only likes them whilst IN the store!)
But they are cute!

Postcard? What postcard? That was DD Next time though Yes the taxi was way more than the bus but we worked it out it was going to take between 1.5 and 2 hours to get there so worth the extra $!

Sounds like your family has much more control than me when hitting up the US malls. I spent about $500 on my weekend trip to visit my grandparents. That was all in one afternoon.

I know Jenny, we do have a big family though and remember that was only £170 in our money, my dad alone gave them £50 ($100) then Mum gave them £40 ($80) it soon mounted up

So, you took a boat from one end of DTD to the other end? I wish I had known that, we walked the whole way!

It goes from near the rainforest cafe to near DQ, really saves your feet

Yeah for shopping! I can't wait to go shopping at Disney. Here it's budget, budget, budget. There it wil be money that's expected to be spent.

They do have cool stuff at those stores! I got the cutest Chinese egg for my collection---got a neat egg at AKL store too which is interesting.
I've gotta start my budgeting now too--just realized that I am not working and am planning Christmas and Disney within a month of each other! (but I'm a coupon queen which helps! )
