Fountainview Cafe menu question, anyone been?

Can I get "lunch" at the Fountainview Cafe at Epcot? I feel like I have read that people have done this, but I can't find an updated menu online, just one that has a turkey croissant. Anyone been there lately???

We tried to eat there 3 times during our Memorial weekend trip and it was always closed. I really wanted to get some goodies there, but they had a sign saying "Try Electric Umbrella".

But from how it looked from the outside, it looks like they are only set-up for baked goods and sandwiches. Sort of like Kringla & France.
