1. The fountain is still drained for rehab. I was there yesterday.
2. The fountain in question was not affected by the drought, which, btw, is pretty much over.
3. Yes, it is bothersome, and bad show to have workers in on stage areas during guest hours. WDW uses outside contractors for construction, and while most work IS done at night after park close, some work must be done during the day due to scheduling conflicts and/or contractor/worker availability (Central FL unemployment rate is still less than 3%, and there's LOTS of construction in the area right now). But if one has a mini-stroke every time one reads about this kind of (very minor, imho) problem, one will be eating Jell-o through a straw with the help of a machine before one gets to visit WDW again and realizes that the sky is not falling after all (much love and respect meant to the baron, btw... just worried about your health, after all, you are getting on in the years (j/k)...)
