Founders Club?

Has anyone heard of the Founders Club at the Disneyland Hotel? I received the new brochure today and on looking at the Christmas meals on page 77 it mentions it for Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve Dinners.

I read about it some where, Its very exclusive restaurant for rich important people at the Disneyland Hotel, for example mayor shareholders, a bit like Club 33 at DLC expect you can not buy membership. I think its on the castle club floor however it not for CC club guests.

maybe they are opening up at Christmas due to it been very busy as normal guest are not usually allowed in.

Its an exclusive room up posit to the check inn desk.
When we were there I saw it was prepared for a dinner. It’s non very big but I think it’s for very special occasions and people.
The meal price for New Years evening is very very expensive.
295 Euro per person.
