We were told that is was only slightly larger than a business card (which was really surprising!) I am not sure how much space that will actually give us. I think the form will be in our Fed Ex packet.
An add on question. Has anyone been able to get to the website mentioned in the Founding Famlies letter received in our contract packet to design the tile? I've been unsuccessful so far. Wondering....

I'd like to know the answer to that as well. I can't get there either. I'm assuming it's just not up yet but that's pretty poor project management since the packets have started going out now. My expectation should be that it would be up now.
Maybe it won't/shouldn't activate until closing occurs but right now, it's not even asking to login so how could it know? It just appears to be an invalid link.
Has anybody discussed this with DVD and gotten a straight and acceptable answer?
Oh my goodness! Still nothing? My gosh, I've been seeing threads on that tapestry for a very long time now. Let's hope that you receive something soon. Have you called anyone to see what the blazes is going on? I'm curious what kind of answer you're getting. That way I can prepare myself....
So what you're saying is, don't wait by the mailbox for the tile info then?
Ok, just got off the phone with MS. This was the first time she had ever heard about the Founder's tile and the mysterious, non-working web site to personalize your Tempo Fountain Tile. She made a few calls, and everyone she talked to decided that the best course of action would be to call my Guide.
We received our Fed-ex package last week which included the founding families letter. When I called the information number concerning questions on the documents I was told the we would be receiving a code at some later date with instrucitons to log onto a web site and enter the info for our tile. I don't have any info on how much space we receive but was told the code will be good for 1 time only - NO edits.
just finished speaking to Quality Assurance. Postcards will be mailed out to all Bay Lake Towers Founding Members in early November. It will have a web address and a code for one time use. (The QA person I spoke to seemed knowledgeable and certain about this). Unfortunately I forgot to ask how long our inscriptions can be.
