I know everyone here swears that there are neck cooling scarves at WalMart and Target, but the store employees look at me out of the corners of their eyes, clear their throats, and disclaim all knowledge. 
While I try not to take these things personally, I am still not finding these very helpful items.
HOWEVER! Hope is not lost. If you too are subject to a conspiracy to keep you from being cool in WDW this August, take heart.
