found a new fav treat today

we were at HersheyPark today and i decided to try something i had seen on Unwrapped. it is called Dels frozen lemonade and it is by far the best of this kind of product that i have ever had. question is, in all my trips to WDW i have never noticed whether they serve it, but i have also never tried to notice. it may very well be there. can anyone answer this question? or maybe at universal?

Hmmm I never heard of that but I think in wdw it is all minute maid products.

I am from New England ( Massachusetts) and I grew up on Del's !!! We had it on every ice cream truck that went by our house!

Isn't it the best on a HOT day!!! We have it on every corner here!!

I have not seen it in Disney anywhere. I have seen it in B.J's Wholesale club though if you have one near you .

I think Minute Maid has cornered the market on frozen lemonade at WDW. We had some in Tomorrowland.

Sadly, the Minute Maid frozen lemonades bear very little resemblance to a proper Del's Frozen Lemonade. I've also seen "lemon slush" carts (but can't remember if I saw them at WDW or Universal parks) but those aren't as good as Del's either.

All is not lost, however. You can order Del's mix from their site http://www.dels.com and mix up your own batch in a blender. (pssssttt... for a 21+ kick, spike it with some vodka)

Disclosure: I am in no way affiliated with Del's Frozen Lemonade, but I live precariously close to their headquarters and can get a fresh one any time I please.

We were there at Memorial day weekend and NEVER noticed this. Where did you try it. I did notice they had some lemonad in clear plastic cups in their carts. Wondering if this was it?

We have a BJ's Wholesale Club here. What do they sell the ice bars version or lemonade> where in there Frozen area, prolly. I love to try new stuff all the time, especially when they are recommended and so good!

BJ's sells a powdered mix put out by Del's that you put in the blender with ice. My brother gets it all the time and loves it.

No that was more like sugar water. the frozen Dels were at two different stands down in the water park area that you walk past to get to Thunder and Lightning {dueling coasters}

I grew up in RI and there are Dels everywhere. A hot summer day gets a lot cooler with a Dels. There is nothign even close to it in WDW sadly.

Another Rhode Islander here. I cannot believe they are selling this at Hershey!
For those of you in the area, you MUST try the grapefruit. There simply is no other frozen lemonade that compares to a Del's Lemonade.

As a Rhode Islander I was shocked to here that our little Del's made it all the way to Hershey Park!!! lol!! The Minute Made frozen lemonade in WDW in NOTHING like Del's... Del's is not as sweet and it has great chunks of fresh lemon in it, it's delicious... I can't wait to try the grapefruit flavor on my trip home next weekend
