Ok, I took him to animal control, he did have a chip... . The family was at work, so animal control wanted to keep him over night, I said no and got the phone number and we went back home. I spoke with the owner who lives 10 miles from me and she came and got him, the kicker was, he had been missing since sunday night, somehow he gotten away from the house whenever one of the kids opened the front door and the reason he was so friendly with my dd is because the lady is in a wheelchair and their house has a wheelchair ramp on the side of their house like mine...geez that was a smart doggie. The lady offered me 300.00 reward money oh that was hard to turn down, but I couldn't in my rightful mind take money from someone for returning a furbaby. The doggie went wild with excitment whenever he seen them, it was priceless ! all is well at my house tonight, and my new 5 month old puppy says thank God...hehehe
