I'll be going to USF & IOA during President's WeeK (15-19). I'm sure it will be crowded at that time and I would like to take advantage of FOTL. How do I do this...I will not be staying on-site.?

You buy an express book at the front of the park. Not sure how much they cost now, others may respond.

Or you get to the parking garage early at 08:00am so you're first to the gate. This will give you a lap of walkon rides. After that, you go back to your room for a nap, then come back for the evening as the tired are leaving.

I agree to get there early. That way you can also get some free express passes from the machines. The ones you buy give you one FOTL ride for each major attraction.

They dont sell express books anymore, they sell actual Express passes (Express Plus). Price varies per season ($10 off-peak, $25 peak is the norm) and they are park specific. During the off-peak, combo (both park) express can be purchased for around $25. These express passes are printed on a park ticket and are valid once at each attraction that has express. You will have 1-2 checkpoints (normally 2) to pass when using these, or any, express.
