Express Plus passes are available throughout both parks.

You can and some shops inside the parks sell them, but you are only entitled to one FOTL on each ride, so you could not do any twice, unless you buy the unlimited FOTL which is expensive and usually works out cheaper to book an onsite room for 1 night
