FOTL and Holidays

I am planning a possible trip to Universal Studios the weekend after Thanksgiving 2013. I know that is a crazy time to go. Does FOTL really help during such busy times or should we just skip it? This would just be a stop after our Disney cruise. Thanks so much for any info.

We usually go spring break week and sometimes you do have a short wait in the express line but absolutely nothing like the regular lines. Completely agree, express pass is the absolute best way to go! The onsite hotels are fantastic.
