FOTL Access

Hi, could someone give me a bit of advice? I am staying two nights at the RPR and I realise I will get the FOTL access how does this work are there seperate lines that you enter if you are FOTL? Are there seperate entrances to the rides for FOTL?

Follow the entrances marked "Express". These are the same entrances for those who have gotten the machine express passes and hotel guests.

If u do not see an express line ask an atendant for onsite access as Shrek is express for onsite but not regular guests do not be embarrsed about asking u pay for fotl privledges so always ask

Thanks for the responses guys. I have been to Universal before however this was a few years ago now before they started the Express Pass and I have never stayed onsite before .

Hope u have AP as u get great discounts at citywalk & parks for dining also if u try the mandara spa at PBH u get 20% discount

In USO u need to try Finnegans right opp the Mummy great menu and atmosphere also Lombards has great seafood incl fish in batter which my son still talks about with your AP u get 15% discount on meals in parks only 1 person in your party needs the pass for the discounts we saved nearly $400 with my card in merchandise and meals as u get 10% off at most citywalk venues for counter service at USO try Louies & Cafe La Bamba please feel free to ask any info we are going back in January to RPR so it tells u how good it is Fotl is so great nothing like it total VIP. At IOA we never really tried any restaurants just counter service I can recommend happy hour at the parks great prices on wines beers etc also an ice cream funnel sundae lees than $5 with your discount my two kids couldn't finish it get to the parks early if u want to get front of row on hulk

Did you have a good room with a view in RPR? I have heard various threads regarding the best rooms in Tower 1? I would really like a view of IOA if possible

Not that it matters I suppose we will be FAR too busy enjoying ourselves in the Parks to look at the view

You guys like the thrill rides too?

I can't wait to try the Hulk & the Mummy oooooh & Spiderman are these as good as everyone says?

We stayed in tower 3 and had a view of the tress and river great room right next to ice machine, as for thrill rides yep never tried mummy as was not open when we where there Hulk is great we rode all rows 1-8 and DD but Kraken at SW & Montu at BG are the best coasters in my opinion but I do not recommend using the free bus to BG it takes far too long if u want to eat a really good meal try Tchoup Tchoup not cheap but for under $200 a family of 4 incl drinks & wine well worth the price at Pat O'Brians on Tuesday u get for drinks and half prce appetizers also with AP kids eat free plus a % discount

which row did you like best on Hulk have heard that row 1 & the last row are best?

I am a total coaster addict looking forward to trying Kraken too forgot about that one

Is the RPR quite flexible regarding the check-in time as we plan to arrive around 10am?

U can check in as early as u want although room m and row ay not be ready u will still get you keys for fotl i thought row where great for hulk although u need to try for the exp of being first if u get there early enogh u can almost ride the hulk empty as everyone is waiting for the 1st row and yes please feel free to pm with any ?s u have
