Fort Wilderness transportation

I have a reservation for dinner at hoop dee doo review. We will be at magic kingdom that day and I heard there was a ferry to fort wilderness from there. Where do I go to ride the ferry and will it take me back after dinner to ride a bus back to POP. We are driving down there, but would really prefer to use Disney transportation. Especially since drinks are included with the meal

Right out front of the MK are the docks to Ft Wilderness & the Wilderness Lodge. The dock at Ft Wilderness is very close to Pioneer Hall. As long as the park is still open you can take the same boat back to the MK after dinner and catch a bus back to POP.

You will see right out in front of the Magic Kingdom where the ferries come in. Look at the signs overhead to see which ferry is going where. The big ferries just go back and forth to the TTC, but there are smaller ones that go to the resorts only. They will be clearly marked. The only drawback to the boatride back is if the MK is already closed because there are no EMH that day. In that case, you might have to take a bus from FW to the TTC or another Park that is open and jump on a bus from there. I think they have it set up that they run a ferry from FW until after HDDR gets out and everyone is onboard but it has been about 10 years since I did this.

No need for all this. If HDDR ends after MK transportation has ceased for the evening, there are buses right at Settlement Hall to take HDDR attendees back to their resorts.
