Fort Wilderness DVC?????

Does anyone know if they are building a DVC resort in Fort Wilderness?

A rumor with official filings from WDW to the government...so this rumor seems to have some rather real legs... it seems WDW is moving the stables at FW and it might be that their people released some stuff they shouldnt have if they wanted to keep things quiet. Of course maybe they did it on purpose... we do a lot of Hyping for Disney for free!
