WeMy family of 5-2 adults and 3 kids ages 9, 7 and 7 will be staying at the Fort wilderness Cabins for 1 week in August with the Fairytale package. Any suggestions of location requests??? Thanks!

Check out the Camping at Disneyworld Board. There's lots of info about FW there, including (I seem to recall) cabin location discussions.

I'm a huge FW Cabins fan - I just wanted to say that you are gonna enjoy it, and the kids are gonna LOVE it!

Make sure to check out the petting zoo - last time we were there, there was a large black horse.... he was the sweetest thing!

Trail's End is excellent - try getting there a little early and sit out on the rocking chairs and let the kids run around on the grassy meadow-like area across the road (lots of bunnies to be seen in this area!)

If you rent a golf cart, consider taking an early morning ride to see the peacocks strolling around the rv loops.... or take a quick nighttime ride to the Trading Post for a 'lil snack....

One of the best parts is leaving MK in the evening, on the ferry, with the castle all lit up behind you. It's a great way to say "goodnight" to the park....

I could go on and on, but I won't - you gotta discover the "magic" for yourself! Have a fabulous time!
