FORT LAUDERDALE PORT QUESTION

First time sailing out of this port and have gotten great ideas about hotels here-so thanks for that. I was wondeing about the port itself. How does it compare to port canaveral? Are there dedicated check in lines for the various castaway levels? Is there a dedicated concierge lounge? What is the earliest port arrival time? What time does concierge usually get on ship? Thank you so much for the info.

It seemed similar to Port Canaveral. We had boarding group 2 with a 10:45 arrival. After parking in the garage, we went to the terminal to check in. There were dedicated Castaway Club lines and everything went smoothly and quick. We did wait for BG 6 (or maybe 7) to board with family and according to my video we walked on board at 11:54. I can't answer the concierge questions but can say they boarded before that time.

It’s a nice, shiny new terminal. There are dedicated lines for different CC levels and concierge has a private lounge above the regular waiting area.

Similar to PC. Concierge lounge is on upper level overlooking the main terminal. It is nice and large!

My family and I will be sailing from there in March and I was wondering the same thing as we have never sailed from there. Thank you for asking!

Good info, we are down that way in April 2026. Got a decent room rate at Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina.

Curious if anything is out for Disney Transport from this hotel to Port Four, from past sailing out of Port Canaveral using the transport service we got in group 4-5

We sailed concierge from Port Everglades 3 weeks ago and the earliest PAT was 11. Lyft dropped us off at 10:35 and they were already letting people in.

We just sailed out of Port Everglades and got to the cruise terminal around 10 (mostly because that's when we could get a hotel shuttle). We were the second concierge family in line. They let us in the building a bit after 10:30, and then we were on the ship an hour later.
