I voted at 6:30 this morning on the way to the bus stop. There were 3 people in fron of me. Our polling place is never crowded early in the morning.

Sorry, I was on the road early this morning, so this is the first chance I've had to say it. Managed to vote this morning on the way out of town. Nebraska doesn't open the polls until 8:00, so I had to be a bit late for my meeting, but I wasn't about to deal with the late afternoon lines when I got back in town.

Oh come on! Where's the optimism? So you may not agree with with Americas choice for President Elect.....THATs what we have checks and balances for......THATs why we all need to step over that fine bi-partisan line, rally behind our leader, work together to make this Country what it was started out to be! There is a reason for everything. I believe that with the core of my being....much more than I believe in any presidential candidate. I believe in the greater good.....and yes, flame me if you must, but I believe that change was, in fact, in order.

but don't flame me here, do it on one of the political threads. One morning Frank will go back to his positive self and I want him to keep his thread!

Okay, I don't agree with the outcome of the election. It is what it is, and no matter what more is said about it will not change that outcome. Whether or not we believe this election turned out for the better or the worse, we all have to live with what happens now.
That being said, I choose to try and concentrate on the more important things in my life, that being my family first,,,,,,,and then try'n to get back to the Fort when we can.
