DH's vehicle neeeds $700 worth of work and our garage door opener died and will cost as much to repair it as getting a new one. Oh did you know it's almost Christmas? I wonder if the people I haven't bought for yet will be okay with us getting a new garage door opener for their Christmas present.I wonder if the people I have already bought for will mind if I exchange their gifts for Jeep work. And on top of that, it's cold!!!!! I think I'm going to go take a long nap...

Sorry for the complaining, but it has made me feel better already and instead of taking a nap, I think I'll go bake some chocolate chip cookies.

Yeah, you read that correctlly. Haven't bought a single thing yet.
Holding out to see what if any extra cash came my way. Since nothing has dropped through the ceiling and into my lap..I figure I better bite the bullet and hit the stores.

Pretty well sucks in Tennessee today, 28 and dropping, cold wet and spose to snow

But I would like to say we had'a very awesome visit at the C.Barrel last evening. Cheryl and Jeff came thru middle TN and Bob and Kathy, Denise and I meet up with them for a short while over dinner.
I gotta say, it is very cool meet'n up with friends,,even if it is but for a wee-bit.

It's a comfortable 72 degrees here in Middle TN today.

At least inside my office, it is.
