For the life of me, I cannot find this info. I am certain that the full service restaurants and counters take cash, but what about credit or debit cards? Can we use them throughout the parks? I assume that you need cash for the little ice cream stands and such, but I am mostly wondering about counters and full service places.

I'm sure you can use a credit card anywhere where they take the room charge. Many of the little kiosks, including many of the ice cream stands, accept both credit cards and room charges.

I've never been not allowed to use a credit/debit card at any of the Counter Service or Table Service locations, but that's not to say that's always the case.

The only place we could not use some form of plastic (C.C., Debit or Room Key Charge) was with the balloon vendors, the portable carts that sell the glow stuff in the eve's and the funnel cake stand in Epcot. We used a combo of all forms of payment and had no trouble anywhere including ice cream & other snack kiosks.
