Can you use a Disney gift card to pay for drinks and/or snacks throughout Epcot?

I'm asking specifically about the little carts that are set up around each country. I seem to remember that the cart in France (the one that sells the Citron slushies) would only take cash. Does anyone remember?

usually the carts are not set up to take cards.....I would make sure I had cash for those types of foods......

The funnel cake booth in front of the American Experience and gelato cart in Italy would only take cash. With both places we tried to use our snack credits and credit cards, but they couldn't or wouldn't accept them.
