Formosa Gardens - American Dream

Has anyone stayed at this home? We are ready to book - it looks great but just want to make sure.

Also - does FG have a clubhouse or play structures for the kids? I doesn't appear to from the listings and satellite pictures.

Absolutely gorgeous, and didn't end up staying there as the other family changed their Fla plans..

FG doesn't have a clubhouse or community pool, it may have a playground but I don't know for sure.

Formosa Gardens doesn't have a childrens playground, or community area.

What you get at Formosa Gardens are large homes on large lots of land, so your not really overlooked.

The villa is a nice design, and has one huge master suite which is great. The lake is wonderful, with lots of birds, and I have never seen a crocodile in it either.

I looks to me like lots of the houses in Formosa Gardens have their own swing sets in the yards, probably because there are none in the community and their lots are larger than most communities. It will probably be listed as an ammenity or have a picture of it.
