Hello, I was a WISH member awhile back. I had been diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes so started watching my fat/calories and exercising 4-5 times a week and dropped 40 pounds within just a few months.

Then I kind of backslid...no, not "kind of". I backslid and gained about half back of what I had lost. :(

But, now I'm back at it. Have lost 6 pounds in 2 weeks, and am actually enjoying the exercising again. I either walk outside 45 minutes or a couple of miles, or I do the 2-mile or 3-mile "Walk Away The Pounds".

It feels GOOD to be losing weight and exercising again and I hope you'll let me be part of your group again.

When I started this 2 weeks ago I wanted to lose 20 pounds by Christmas, so I'm on my way! :banana:

Welcome back! There have been many of us that have lost and gained and started back once again so you are in good company. Congrats on the 6 pounds you have lost the last two weeks, that is a great start!
