Speaking of all things reality, Dancing with the Stars comes on in a bit, so I will bid y'all adieu shortly. On paper before the season started, Shawn was my favorite. I like her a lot, but also like Melissa, and Ty is doing amazing! Such an improvement over the first week. I hope he makes it to the end if he keeps improving like this. I almost always root for the athletes on that show.

Well, unless the second and third states were Washington and Louisiana, I'm assuming he either didn't have to take the MBE over again if his scores were high enough (in some states, if not all, you don't have to retake the MBE with a certain score), and even if he did have to take the MBE again there would have been no reason for anyone of even average intelligence (or less) to have studied more than once for the same exam.

So the subsequent exams he should have ony had to study half as much as the first one. Plus he was fresh out of law school so didn't have to re-learn much, whereas somone one who is over a decade out of law school and had not practiced for say 7 years would have a lot more ground to cover, considering laws tend to change and evolve.

And so your nephew was working fulltime while taking care of a toddler and didn't take any bar classes?

She has been going on and on about how she's gone to law school - going to take the Bar exam - but the more she talks, the more I think she's lying. WTH? who would do something like that? You know, when I was younger, during our trips to WDW I loved to watch the artists paint Chinese symbols on the various fans, decorations, and such that they sold in the Pavilion in Epcot. It's really amazing. I've always wanted to learn Chinese. Just never had the time to commit to it.
