Former Hurricane Ivan reforms in the Gulf

Ivan has come back from the dead as a tropical storm and is headed for Texas.

This hurricane has done something that no one has seen before. It entered the states through the florida panhandle travelled up the Ohio valley then circled back out to sea, came back down went through Florida back into the gulf.

I saw this on the news. How did this happen? This is the strangest thing. How strong do they think it will become again?

From what I have read and heard this will remain as a tropical storm, only a shadow of its former destructive self. Thank goodness. How did it happen? well Ivan never did what it was suppose to do anyway.

They said on the news earlier that they expect it to come right at the Houston-Galveston area. It's supposed to hit land as a weak Tropical Storm Thursday night or early Friday morning and almost immediately downgrade to a Tropical Depression. We'll see...
