How early do they start taking the photos before dinner?

We got our formals done and they are fantastic. It was one of the things I wnated done as it had been 5 years since ur last familypix. I would share then but they would be boring to one not knowing our family. Now having gone on ... about picture times....we had second dinner so one the first formal night( MOnday on western) we got ready and went right after first dinner started and it wasn't bad. We hadn't planned on it but on the semi-formal night( thurdday on Western) we were all dressed up and guys in tuxes it was much less crowded and so we had more taken. I don't know how old your children are but I'm sure with smaller ones the wait is hard. Hope this helps
