Forgot to drop off our survey before we got off -- other options?

I was hoping I would receive an email survey, but so far nothing. What is the best way to convey the survey info? I wanted to specifically acknowledge our stateroom hostess, who provided outstanding service.

You can mail it directly to DCL.

Send an email, or even screenshot your survey and send it in. On most cruises, I send an email in addition to the survey so I can "talk" about the special CMs who have made our trip awesome.
