So, silly me I forgot to add my flight information for Magical Express when I booked my Disney Vacation.

Is there a way to do this online? (on the main My Vacation page it says "what you can do here:" with "Book Magical Express" on it, but can't find it anywhere on the site.

Please help with this issue! :) Thanks

Easiest way is just to call Disney and add your flight info. Even if you made your reservation online they can still help you over the phone. Unlike airlines they don't charge to talk to you live.

Have a great trip.
:thumbsup2

I don't know about online, but I do happen to have the Magical Express phone number handy, since I just called it yesterday. It is:

866-599-0951

Thanks everyone! I'll just call...

I try to do things online, because it is usually faster and takes up less of the CM's time so they can help other people with things.

Just thought it was weird that on the Disney Website it says:

"And if you're a Disney Resort Guest, you can:

Make a payment.
Add flight information for Disney's Magical Express Service.
Use the Online Check-In Service to simplify your arrival. "

Anyway, thanks!

I was having trouble yesterday trying to add it on the vacation page too- I put the info in but it never added it to the itinerary so I am going to call too .

I also wanted to update my flight information online when I noticed that my online reservation had the wrong times. I was unable to figure out how to do this so I emailed Disney with my question and gave them my flight # and times. About a week later I received the following email:

Currently, we are not yet able to offer you the option of modifying your
reservation online or through e-mail. Making changes to your
reservation must be made with a reservations agent. For assistance,
please know it is necessary to call 407-WDW-PLAN (407-939-7526) and a
Grand Gatherings Travel Planner will be happy to assist you. Hours are
7:00am to 10:00pm Eastern Time.

Flight times are not required for Disney's Magical Express airport
service. When viewing your flight details for Disney's Magical Express
online, you may see the default times of 12:00am or 3:00am. Please
disregard this information. Since flight times have a way of changing a
few times before your actual day of arrival, Disney's Magical Express
verifies each flight arrival time daily. Please know we have made the
correction to your flight numbers.

Disney's Magical Express service allows guests flying on all airlines to
check their bags at their hometown airport, bypass baggage claim at the
Orlando International Airport (MCO) and board state-of-the-art motor
coaches to the Walt Disney World Resort. Tagged luggage (with the DME
adhesive luggage tag strips) will be claimed on behalf of the guests and
delivered to their resort room. Disney's Magical Express service is
complimentary and is designed to give Disney hotel* guests the
stress-free vacation they want!

How Disney's Magical Express service works:

Prior to arrival guests will receive an Airport Transportation Booklet,
which contains general information about the service and more
importantly, their adhesive, yellow bar coded sticker strips. Guests
must attach these strips to their luggage in order for Disney to claim
their luggage on their behalf and deliver it straight to their resort
room.

Upon arrival at the Orlando International Airport, take the airport tram
to the main terminal building, then proceed to the Disney Welcome Center
located on the B side of the airport. Proceed to the specified airport
side before taking the escalator down to Level One of the main terminal
where the Disney Welcome Center is located.

HOPE THAT HELPS.

Doing everything online is always easier for me too. But in this case, it would be best to call. I had to schedule our flight/magical express info several months after i booked our trip.

Thanks everyone for the info.
I think Disney is really working on switching over everything to online (like ADR's) to free up CM resources as well as to appeal to those of us who hate calling (my cell phone reception is horrible in my apartment haha)
