Foreign Currency Fee Litigation Settlement check?

Did anyone else here get a check for $18.04 for this http://www.ccfsettlement.com/home/ ?

I got one today. Something to do with being overcharged for foreign currency exchange fees.

It looks like a piece of junk mail. I vaguely remember signing up for this 3 or 4 years ago, but I still googled around to make sure it's not a scam. Apparently it's legit .

I received one also and I did use my Visa card in the Bahamas (ie foreign currency) in the time frame. I intend to deposit the check tomorrow,

I searched around enough to think it was legit, so I cashed it on Friday. There's $18.04. Now I can afford my upcoming WDW trip .

The check seriously looks like a piece of junk mail, or one of those privacy notices from your bank, credit card, etc. So if you get one of those, be sure to open it and look at it.

Yeah -- I realized that and edited my post re. Paris. I was in Canada several times from 2000 through current and used my credit cards there often, so here's to hoping! Or do you mean sign up for the lawsuit?

One of those articles says you had to file a claim in 2008. I maybe possibly vaguely recall doing that . I guess I must have since I got a check.

I did get a check for $1.17 from an eBay class action suit, something about overcharging fees LOL.

I got one the other day and thought it was a scam. I have never been out of the country so not sure why I received it. The back looks odd. It doesn't look like a real check.

I fot one also. Don't remember fing paperwork but I could have. my "check" is from huntington bank I plan on going to huntington and asking about it.

We don't have Huntington banks around here, but my check was from them. I cashed it, and haven't heard anything back from my bank about it bouncing or anything. But if you do ask, I'd be interested to know what they say.

I got one too this week. I agree about looking like junk mail. I traveled to Canada a few years ago.
