Disney is GREAT about special diets, so they will easily be abble to accommodate plated meals for your vegetarian, gluten-free, etc. guests!
And I have been told that the Disney Wedding Podcast makes great commuting listening—one bride was recently able to get through all 367 episodes just going to and from work!
I've gotten through most of them during my neighborhood walks
