Length: 8 nights
Dining: Regular Dining- Free
Codes: Free Dining
Park Tix: 5 day Basic
Airfare: We drive.
Travel Protection: No
Total: $2879.56

This total doesn't include MVMCP or Universal tickets for WWOHP. Originally had the 20/30/40 Pin, booked at AsMu, then got the Monster PIN and upgraded to POFQ. When free dining came out, the difference of upgrading from QS dining at AsMu or getting regular dining at POFQ was around $200, so we went with POFQ. I always feel bad for people who have never gotten a PIN and we have had three of them this year. Must be destiny that we go. :cloud9:

Our last trip, June 2006, 6/21-7/1

Disney's Wilderness Lodge
2 Adults, 2 Children (12 and 13 back then)
10 nights, Woods View
No dining
10 Day with park hopper
Airfares separate
No travel protection
Price: $4100

And our upcoming trip, 12/19-12/29

10 nights, standard view room
Free Dining
Disney Dining Plan regular
10 day park hopper
airfares separate
no travel protection

Looking through this thread it looks like we are paying a lot more than others, I guess that's a combination of when we go (Christmas must be rack rate!) and the fact that Disney does not seem to send PINs down under! :(

Hi
My trip was booked by Disney Holidays in the UK , have not included flight costs.

Resort: Port Orleans Riverside
Number of People: 3 adults in 1 room
Length: 7 nights 9/26 - 10/3
Discount: Free Quick Service Dining Plan
Park Tix: 7 day Park Hopper tickets
Airfare: Not included
Travel Protection: Nope
Total: £1188 British Pounds = approx $1800

Edit :- I see "PINS" getting mentioned a lot. What exactly are they? A promotional gift from Disney for doing something?

what is this 40% code several people are talking about?

Walt Disney is currently offering two discounts on their website. One is the free dining and the other is % off a room. It depends on the time you travel what % you get. If someone booked from 8/15 - 10/2 they would receive 40% off (deluxe); moderates & values would be less %. I booked prior to 8/15 with my T/A and received 25%

I started playing on the Disney website with the different offers. I have registered myself there a while back and did log in (rarely do). I experimented with several different resorts, the free dining, % off offerrings, and logged off. The next day, WDW sent me an email stating since I have not yet booked a trip, here is an offer to help you with a 40% off including the week I was booked. I was surprised. I called the travel agent, gave her my pin, and all of a sudden I went from 25% off to 40% off.
