How big were your files?
Debbi said that she can't accept jumbo files, but I don't really know what that means. I just sent an e mail with 3 pics, each about 150kb. Do you think that's too much? She didn't get the last e mail I sent with about 5 pics that size.

I would think that would be fine. I sent 6 pics about that size and they were received fine.

I sent her 6 pics and the message was failed and sent back to me...so I had to send them to her in 2 groups of three and then they went through just fine. On a side note, just wanted to say that Debbi is AWESOME!!!! and I hope that I am lucky enough to meet her in person...so that I can thank her.

I would guess in this case "no news is good news" I don't see how she could possibly return emails to everyone that sends her pics for the menus

She did email me to let me know that she got them, but I asked her to do so in my emails.

I just sent her my pics and I asked her to e-mail me so I know they got to her. Debbis is AWSOME!!!! Such a nice lady.

I sent her 4 pics about 2 weeks ago and they went through fine! She emailed me an hour or so after she got them and she said they were great! That is really weird that yours did not go through! Mine were the same size!

I know, I thought it was strange as well....I guess the file was just too big all together, 'cause when i sent them in groups of three they all went through just fine.

I resized the photos to around 100 kb each with Fireworks before sending to Debbi, so that they would be about the size of what would fit on a piece of paper (hoping this would save her some work). We were not able to get a diver because they were already fully booked during our time. But, the menus will be a surprise for my family...so I am very excited.

And, yes, Debbi is great!!

Well, everything is settled. Turns out she DID get the first e mail, but it seems to have taken about 3 days. The joys of cyberspace. I've already put together a little thank you note for her, which I'll leave at the restaurant if I can't give it directly to her. What a treasure she is!
