For those who have stayed at Ginn Reunion...

Where did you find your villa or house? I have looked at vrbo.com and cyberrentals. Many of the places I'm looking at don't have guest comments (not that somebody couldn't just fake them). I'm feeling a little nervous, even though we stayed at Windsor Hills last year with no problems.

Anyone have problems getting the membership card? It would suck to go and then not have access to the water park.

I should have made it clear that we were looking to rent privately.

I just got home (today) from staying in a 5 bedroom home in Reunion with friends who rented from a private owner. When my friend got there he just had to go to the clubhouse and get his picture taken for his pass card. The owner had the paperwork already there for when he got there.
You should ask the owner if access to the facilities is included in your rental. Your security deposit is used for any of the amenities that have fees like the spa, personal trainers, some kids activities etc.
