My brother-in-law has invited us to join him at WDW and take advantage of his discount. The only question is he will arrive the day before us and will be getting his pass and his daughter's then. Will he still be able to get ours the next day? I thought I read somewhere they had to be bought at the same time and all members of the party must be together. What is correct?

For what it's worth from the Disney website:

I had read that but am still unsure about the buying them seperately issue. I called the number twice and got two different answers. One says it's ok the other says no.
Go figure.

I called also and was told by three different people that the tickets have to be bought at the same time, but everyone using them doesn't have to be there. Hopefully someone else has done it and will know for sure.

I just returned from my trip to WDW and took advantage of the Military Salute tickets. My dh was not able to join us on this trip, but I was able to purchase the 5 tickets. You do not have to be present for the tickets to be purchased. My ds was not with us (he joined us a few days later) and I was able to purchase his ticket for him. Disney requires information for the tickets, just be sure he knows your full names, and birthdates and there shouldn't be a problem.
