HOW do you get money racked up? What's the secret??

I think you have to spend a good deal of time at it every day and also be willing to sign up for various offers and remembering to cancel before the charges. I never found it worth my time and I didn't want to sign up for offers I didn't really want.

it looks like if you watch videos but get points but I don't the points piling up for maybe it isn't so great!

I don't do terribly well with it. I've been a member for 11 months and I've made about $96. I used to work much harder on it, doing surveys, etc but the majority I don't qualify for or are about buying cars (which bores me). They've cut down on stuff you can do as well. I used to do all the Virool videos but now you can only do one a day. The Encarve videos disappeared. I refuse to do offers (bad experience once). Swagbucks is much easier to make points with without having to put a lot of effort in.
The good side of Quick Rewards is that you can cash in for Disney cards (and there's more non-offer/survey options than Sunshine Rewards).
I think though after I get to my next 50 dollars (I cashed in once for a card) I'm going to drop it. You get lots and lots of email from them which is annoying.
