As livndisney posted, that page is very out of date. It was last updated in 2002.
A lot has changed since then.
10 years ago, many lines were not shaded or not well shaded. WDW has been adding shade in the last 15 years, plus trees in places like the Studio and Animal Kingdom have grown a lot and now shade the lines.
Even 10 years ago, the GAC that talked about sun exposure said "when the line is in the sun for a considerable length of time." That did not happen very often, because of shading in the lines.
So, most of the sun exposure is going to occur outside of lines, where a GAC does not help.
The link that livndisney posted is up to date and is as complete and accurate as it can be without being official from Disney. It was written with input from WDW CMs. If you lose the link, it is post 6 in the disABILITIES FAQs thread, which is near the top of this board or you can find a link in my signature in any post I make.
Because the link in the original post is very out of date, I am going to close this thread.
